New Groundwater Requirements
Non-domestic groundwater (well) users require a licence.
- Start the application process. Do not complete a well registration form. Your well will be registered through the licensing process.
Domestic groundwater (well) users are exempt from licensing.
- Registering your well is recommended. Visit the Well Records page to see if your well has a record already or for an application to register.
