Eligibility Requirements

Requirement Description
Wildlife Must be wildlife as defined under the Wildlife Act.
Age Applicant must be at least 19 years of age, unless a parent or guardian has given written consent to the application.
Medical Assessment Form You MUST include a Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development medical assessment form, 2015 version or later, completed by a medical doctor. If this is a renewal, you may omit the medical assessment form if the Ministry already has a completed 2007 or later version on file, unless you have been notified by the Ministry to submit a new one.
