New Annual Visitor report

The BC Parks Annual Visitor Report form has been updated to a new platform. To complete the form, you will require a Basic or Business BCeID login. Using your BCeID login allows you to save the form and return later for updating. (The layout of the Annual Visitor Report follows the previous PDF format.)

Submit Annual Visitor Reports

Before Getting Started: Both the Basic and Business BCeID accounts can be used to submit Annual Visitor Reports. Before getting started, please review the BCeID Information page for details about BCeID accounts and registration information.

How to use the new Annual Visitor Report Form

Click on the form link.

Enter your Basic or Business BCeID Username and password

Complete the fields of the form.

1. All fields with an asterisk must be completed.

2.Under the 'Park Details' section:

a. # of Days will auto-populate when you enter your date range.

b. # of Client Days will auto-populate once your # of Days and # of Clients have been entered.

NOTE: Each visit must be entered separately. If a visit has more than one activity, but the same activities were completed on all days, you can list all activities on one entry:

This would calculate as 12 client days for each of the two (2) activities, totalling 24 client days.

If the same period has different activities on different days, those need to be separated out:

This would calculate as 12 client days altogether.

3. In the 'Declarations' section, the Total Client days for all Parks will auto-populate based on the entries made in the 'Park Details' section.

4. 'Save and Close' if you need to add additional entries later.

5. Click the Acknowledgement radio button to declare the information submitted is true and correct.

6. 'Submit' the form once all visits have been entered.
