FrontCounter BC can assist you with licences, permits, registrations and other natural resource authorizations. We are committed to providing our clients with quality service (PDF, 700KB).

We have offices across the province to help clients obtain information and apply for natural resource authorizations.

FrontCounter BC offices offer the following services:

  • Hunter (Fish and Wildlife ID) identity verification
  • Hunting licence and freshwater fishing licence purchases
  • Hazardous waste manifest purchases

We encourage you to take advantage of the many self-service options available on our website. To ensure you have all the documents and information needed for staff to assist you, please contact your local office before visiting.  

FrontCounter BC self-serve kiosk

These terminals allow the public to access government programs and services, submit electronic applications and access a wide variety of information pertaining to all levels of government. The kiosks do not have the ability to accept payments. Clients will need to attend the front desk to complete their payments for applications, licences, etc.
