To explore and develop a coal deposit through mechanized means such as underground development, sampling; diamond drilling and may include including a bulk sample.
An activity utilizing Crown land to mine, quarry, remove or store materials (such as soil, peat, sand, gravel rock and natural substances) used for construction purposes.
To explore and develop a mineral deposit through mechanized means such as trenching, diamond drilling and may include taking a bulk sample.
Explore placer ground for economic deposits of placer minerals such as gold, platinum etc.
Quarry construction aggregate, which may include the blasting of rock and primary processing of ore including all industrial minerals.
Quarry industrial mineral or dimension/decorative stone, which may include blasting of mineral rock, and primary processing of ore including all industrial minerals.
Extraction of aggregate which may include: access construction, crushing, screening, washing, blasting, timber cutting. NOTE: If on Crown land, see additional requirements.
