Important Notice of Work Application Information

WHAT’S HAPPENING?

In an effort to maintain quality service delivery to our clients, all Notice of Work applications are now being submitted through our Virtual FrontCounter BC (vFCBC) platform and will no longer be accepted through the NROS portal. Implementing this change will allow FrontCounter BC centralized access for application intake, and create ease of use and efficiency for clients throughout the application process. Please see below for further instructions:

  • NEW NOTICE OF WORK APPLICATIONS
For the last few weeks, clients starting a new Notice of Work application have been redirected to complete and submit the application through the vFCBC platform. Moving forward, all new applications must continue to be submitted via vFCBC.
  • DRAFT NOTICE OF WORK APPLICATIONS
Clients who currently have any unfinished Notice or Work applications in the draft stage will need to ensure that these applications are fully completed and submitted before October 31st, 2020 in order for them to be processed.
